  [S927] Obituary. THE NEWS DEMOCRAT, GEORGETOWN, OHIO: Miss Edna Lindsey, 84, died Thursday evening, June 18, at Brown County Hospital, following a lingering illness. She was born and reared in Arnheim, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ethan Lindsey. She moved to Sardinia in 1920. She served the public as chief operator of the telephone office here for more than 35 years. She enjoyed a host of friends over a wide area, from little folks to octogenarians, age knew no limit to the friendship given and received. She had no immediate relatives. Funeral services were in charge of the Gus Beam Funeral Home. Rev. W. F. Frey officiated and they were held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Lutheran Church of which she was a life-long member. Interment in family plot a Lutheran Cemetery, Arnheim. The pallbearers were George Warner, Florence Hanselman, Herman Denny, Yvo Davis, Richard Edenfield.
