  [S927] Obituary. Florence M. Archer, age 72, passed away late Sunday evening March 27 [1994] in the Joseph T. Nist Geriatric Nursing Home following a recent illness. She was born September 10, 1921 in Caldwell, the daughter of the late Albert and Loretta (Crum) Blake. She was a former employee of the Sommers Grocery Store, a member of St. Louis Church and St. Ann?s Altar and Rosary Society. Mrs. Archer is survived by her husband, Bernard M. Archer, whom she married November 8, 1948; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Mary of Wolverhampton, England, and Bob and Patty of Westerville; a sister, Mrs. Ester Menegay of Louisville; a brother, Paul Blake of Louisville, and seven grandchildren, Kelly, Jeffrey, Laura, Lyndsey, Holily, Kevin, and Jennifer. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Friends called Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning at the Paquelet Funeral Home of Louisville.
