Obituary from the Louisville Herald, page 1, 31 May 1945:
Theodore Bishop, 79, former Louisville resident, died Sunday at his home in New Lexington, Ohio. He is survived by two brothers, John and Leonard of Louisville, and two sisters, Mrs. Otillia Smithberger and Mrs. Mary Ella Becker of Lower Salem, Ohio. Services were held on Tuesday. Attending the funeral from Louisville were Mr. and Mrs. John Bishop, Leonard Bishop and son, Edward, and Mrs. Anna Bishop.
