I don't know why, they're not buried in the same cemetery.
John and Mary had 11 children and all are deceased. If you're interested I can send a family group sheet.
I have 2 more earlier generations of Dempsey and one one more of Keegan. All my Dempsey Family info came to me from John Robert Dempsey & Ethelmarie Lamberx eldest daughter, Mary Ellen, who at last check was still living.
The cemetery in Rexville currently is owned by Our Lady of the Valley Parish (OLVP) that was created about 1998. I believe OLVP has 5 cemeteries and at least 3 are 'St. Mary's'!
