She is survived by two sons, Forrest Dale Lewis (Vicki) of Tombstone, Ariz. and Emory Zade Houchen (Darlene) of Little Rock, Ark. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, including Kathy Patrick of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Forrest Ray Lewis of Shiresmantown, Pa., Eric J. Hall of Tombstone, Ariz., Amy Hewitt of Sierra Vista, Ariz., and numerous great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 to 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at Hatfield Funeral Home. Interment and graveside services will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. at the Cochise Memory Gardens. Pastor Roger Bayes of the First Baptist Church of Sierra Vista will be officiating.
