  [S927] Obituary. David H. McKibben David Harry McKibben, 58, of Parkersburg died May 13, 2006. He was born Dec. 15, 1947, and was the son of the late Harry C. and Violet Dye McKibben. He attended North Parkersburg Baptist Church. He graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1965; received his associate?s degree from WVU-P; and bachelor?s degree from Fairmont. He received his master?s degree from William & Mary in business education in 1972. He taught drafting and history at Westminister, Md., from 1970 to 1976. He was then employed as a sales associate for Building & Industrial Wholesale and then was self employed. Survivors include his two sons, Michael D. McKibben of Pottstown, Pa., and Christopher L. McKibben of Parkersburg; a daughter, Amber D. McKibben-Reynolds of Parkersburg; and his sister, Dianne L. Wyant and nephew, Joel C. Wyant of Parkersburg. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Mike Towner officiating. Burial will follow in the Lubeck Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in his name to the North Parkersburg Baptist Church Friendship Kitchen.
