Virginia W. Hall
Virginia W. Hall, 82, of Norwood Trailer Park, died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 9, 2005) at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Virginia was born June 26, 1923, in Washington County, to John H. and Bertha Freda Neib Merrow.
On July 23, 1947, she married William E. Hall, who preceded her in death on Jan. 19, 1984. She was a veteran of World War II in the Waves and was a member of Post 64 American Legion.
She is survived by two sons, Jay W. Hall and Jan W. (Sandy) Hall, both of Marietta; grandsons, Jason Hall, Seth Hall, and Jared Hall; granddaughter, Jasmine Hall; two sisters and six brothers, Jennie Predmore, Etolia Burwell, and Stanley, Kermit, Junior, Oscar, Norman, and Clyde Merrow.
No visiting hours will be observed. Arrangements by McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home.
