He was born Jan. 12, 1952 in Barnesville, Ohio, a son of Floyd and Dorothy Anderson Morris. Gordon was a 1970 graduate of Barnesville High School, and worked with Roadway Express for the last 19 years. Surviving in addition to his parents, Floyd and Dorothy Anderson Morris of Fairview, Ohio, are his wife, Candy Chumbley Morris, of Col- umbus, Ohio; a daughter, Lesli Morris of Cambridge, Ohio; two sons, Lee Morris of S. C.; and Gordon Lee Morris II of Columbus, Ohio; a sister, Sharon (Steve) Patterson of Lewis Center, Ohio; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; a special family friend, Amanda and her children, Bradon and Ashtyn. Friends will be received Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 702 East Main St., Barnesville, Ohio. Private services and burial at the convenience of the family.
