EYRING, ELIZABETH A. - Elizabeth A. Eyring of North Salem, NY died on October 2, 2006 at the age of 76. Elizabeth Ward was born, one of seven children, on November 18, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY where she later married Allan Eyring in 1954. Betty was a devoted mother and wife, but had a great affection for all people. She was a patriotic and faithful woman who drew her greatest joy from giving to others. Her caring and fun warmth of spirit touched the lives of everyone she met and will be remembered by all who knew her. She is survived by her three adoring sons, Allan and James, both of Carmel, NY, and Thomas of Woodstock, VA, her brother Jack of New Mexico, three grandchildren Thomas, Devon, and Daniel, and countless nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Allan. A Memorial Visitation will be held this Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., with a Funeral Service at 8:45 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Home in Carmel.
