Fitzke Age 87, of North Canton passed away Monday morning August 31, 2009 at Windsor Medical Center. She was born in North Canton on July 17, 1922 to the late Clifford and Bertha (Frank) Konkel. Preceded in death by her husband, William O. Fitzke on August 17, 1993; brother, William H. Konkel; and sister, Victoria (James) Miller. She is survived by her sister, Cecelia (Ned) Wernet of Cleveland and 24 nieces and nephews. She retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Co. on June 30, 1979. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael The Archangel Church with Fr. Matthew Albright as celebrant on Saturday September 5th at 10 a.m. Final resting place is St. John's Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilderness Center.
