A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11am Wednesday in St. Charles Church in Portland for Joseph S. Mosbrucker of Northeast Portland. A vigil service for Mr. Mosbrucker will be at 7 pm Tuesday in St. Charles Church. Mr. Mosbrucker died of a stroke Sunday in a Portland Hospital. He was 82. Mr. Mosbrucker was born May 9 1907, in Filsonberg, Russia. He was a marine machinist for the Portland shipyards from the early 1940s until his retirement in 1972. He was a member of the marine machinists union. Mr. Mosbrucker is survived by his wife, Katherine; sons, Raymond, Gene and the Reverand Jacob, all of Portland, Marvin of Boring and Larry of Damascus; daugher, Lillian Raines of Federal Way WA, sisters, Elizabeth Huch of Snohomish WA, Flora Kautzman, Rosemary Jundt and Amelia Kautzman all of Yakima ; 24 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The family suggests that remembrances be contributions to the St. Charles Church Memorial Fund. Vault embombment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
