She was born in Martins Ferry on November 7, 1918, the daughter of the late Richard and Anna (Crow) Heslop. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Miller; two brothers, William and Richard Heslop. She is survived by three nephew, Richard E. Heslop, Columbus, Ohio; Kurt V. Heslop, Martins Ferry; Gregory N. Heslop, Piedmont, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home, 615 Hanover Street, Martins Ferry, where friends will be received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Rev.
