Butler, 86, of Forrest Hills Nursing Home, St. Clairsville, formerly of West Wheeling, died Thursday, April 21, 2005, in Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire. She was born Dec. 3, 1918, in West Wheeling, the daughter of the late Guy and Edna Mae Landers Everson. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Shadyside, AARP and F.O.E. #995 Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Butler; a daughter, Regina Adams; and three brothers, Martin, Roger and Guy Everson. Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Dunn of Belmont; six grandchildren and a brother, Richard (Alfreda) Everson of West Wheeling. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home, 400 33rd St., Bellaire, with the Rev. Mitch Becker officiating.
