Dorothy Emma Miller Dorothy Emma Miller, 74, of Hardin Road, Rootstown, died Saturday at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. Born Dec. 16, 1923 in Randolph, she was the daughter of Oscar and Ollie May (Arehart) Knapp. She formerly worked at the Kentwood Restaurant and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Ravenna. Survivors include sons Larry (Joyce) of Ravenna, David (Kathy) of Randolph, Danny of Rootstown and Herman Jr. "Junior" (Pamela) of Ravenna; daughters, Deborah Miller of Rootstown, Mary (Clarence) Hurd of Diamond and Christine (Wade) Pol of Diamond; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Paul Knapp, John Knapp, Richard Knapp and Raymond Knapp; and sisters, Edna Nuzzo, Alice Mattes, Mary Jane Knapp, Betty Sorboro and Rosemary Kintz. Brothers Roy and William Knapp died previously. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter of the Fields Church in Rootstown. Burial will be in St. Peter of the Fields Cemetery in Rootstown. Bissler and Sons Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorials may be made to The Center of Hope, 1024 W. Main St., Ravenna, OH 44266.
