  [S927] Obituary. CHRISTIANSON, Martha Louisa Kindelberger, 93, of Wheeling, W.V., died May 26, 2001 at the Wheeling Hospital. She was born Dec. 4, 1907 in Wheeling, daughter of the late John P. and Sara Perry Otto Kindelberger. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church, Wheeling. Prior to her marriage, Mrs. Christianson taught in the Ohio County School system; she received her education at West Liberty State College in West Liverty, W.Va. and at West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va.; she was a member of the Woman's Club of Wheeling; Oglebay Institute; she was a past president of the YECA Board of Directors; and past president of the Collegiate Alumnae of Wheeling; she belonged to the Retired School Employees and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl B. Christianson, in 1987; and a sister, Alice E Kindelberger, in 1958. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Donna C Spring and her husband, Carl E., of Paramus, N.J.; three grandchildren, Mrs. Paula McArthur and her husband, Stuart, of Blauvelt, N.Y., Pamela Spring and Christopher Spring, both of Paramus; a great-grandson, Christian McArthur of Blauvelt. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Friends are invited to attend graveside services at Greenwood Cemetery Chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2001, with the Rev. William C. Ridenhour officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the YWCA, 1100 Chapline St., Wheeling, WV 26003 or to Ohio County Public Library, 52-16th St., Wheeling.
