Lloyd V. Witsberger
Ridgefield
Lloyd Vincent Witsberger, who had been a railroad manager for Missouri Pacific and Union Pacific, died Sunday, June 6, 2004, in Vancouver. He was 80.
A resident of Ridgefield for the past 24 years, he was born March 21, 1924, in Wheeling, W.Va. He was a member of the Elks Club and the Railroad Retirees Union. An accomplished musician, he played and taught the violin and piano. He also enjoyed swimming.
Survivors include his wife, Jean, at home, and one brother, Melvin, of Wheeling.
A memorial Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Battle Ground, where he was a member. A private inurnment will be held at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Tigard, Ore.
Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice
