She was born July 24, 1911 in Xenia, daughter of the late Jerry and Matilda Sidenstick Cyphers. She was a member of the Neptune Baptist Church, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth F. Neuhart Sr. and one grandchild. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth of Georgia and Donald of Texas; three daughters, Joyce Connolly of New York, Wanda Savage of Cambridge and Barbara Grear of Florida; two sisters, Myrtle Cyphers of Fairborn and Mary Carter of Jamestown; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Hayden officiating. Burial was made in Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville.
