LYONS? Roger Frank Bardmaker, 80, of Summit St., passed away at home after a long illness on Sunday, (October 15, 2017). Family and friends may call Wednesday (Oct. 18) from 4 to 7 p.m. at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons. A funeral service will be held Thursday (Oct. 19) 6 p.m. at Lyons Presbyterian Church, Broad St., Lyons. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Rd., Lyons, NY 14489 or to Lyons Presbyterian Church in Roger's memory. Roger was born August 20, 1937 in Lyons, a son to the late Earl and Genevieve Ottnod Bardmaker. He was a pressman at Baker Britt, Mohawk Printing and later Progressive Printing in Newark. He loved the outdoors, animals, woodworking, and hunting. He is survived by and will be dearly missed by his wife, Barbara (Lyon) of 58 years; two daughters Sharon (David) Varalli of Marion, N.Y. and Terri (Paul) Shaulis of Aldi, Va.; son, Steven Bardmaker of Newark, N.Y.; brother, Marvin (Nancy) Ottnod of Newark, N.Y. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren Nicholas, Andrew and Catherine Varalli and Brandyn Shaulis; several nieces and nephews.
