Robert A. "Buck" Hoeffner, 82, husband of Mary Jane Hoeffner and a resident of Eastville, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2006 at his residence. A native of Floral Park, N.Y., Mr. Hoeffner farmed in upstate New York and in Virginia for many years. Other than his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Maryanne H. Cornell and her husband John of Santa Fe, N.M. A Funeral Mass was conducted Monday, July 17, at 11 a.m. in St. Charles Catholic Church with Father J. Michael Breslin officiating.
