Open house was observed between the hours of 2 to 4 p. m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
The house was artistically decorated with cut flowers throughout the various rooms. Refreshments were served. The honored guests were the recipients of many beautiful and useful gifts.
Mr. and Mrs. Mowder were united in marriage in 1891, Mrs. Mowder being the former Anna Eliza Yoss.
