A daughter of Joseph and Callie Dillman Kunz, she was born Oct. 31,1905, in Millvale. Mrs. Haney was a member of the Hebron Luthran Church of Avonmore. Surviving are three children: Mrs. Janet McQuaide, Clarksburg RD 1; Eugene C., New Castle; Mrs. Virginia Couch, Avonmore RD 1; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Merle Hunter, Akron, Ohio, and Mrs. Katherine Sontag, Brentwood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence A. Haney; two brothers, Matthew Joseph and Charles Kunz; a sister, Clara Shaffer. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 79 p.m. Thursday in the Joseph R. Hunter . Funeral Home, Saltsburg, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Rev. Ralph Jones, officiating. Interment will be in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
