Lorraine P. Wittig
Lorraine P. Wittig, 77, formerly of Dickinson, died Sunday, March 17, 2013 at her home in Muskegon, Mich. Services for Lorraine will take place at a later date this Spring.
Lorraine P. Frenzel was born September 29, 1935 to parents Louis and Emelia (Olheiser) Frenzel ? Dauenhauer and Stepfather, Jacob Dauenhauer.
She married Marvin Heth, the father of her four children, Terrol Ann (William) Gauld, Charleston, S.C.; Scot (DaRala) Heth, Muskegon, Mich.; Michael (Diane) Heth, Lodi, Calif.; and Brad Heth, N. Charleston, S.C. Lorraine married Ben Wittig in November 1979. They lived in Lodi, Calif. where he farmed a grape vineyard. In 1988, they moved to Kula, Maui and enjoyed square dancing three nights a week. Lorraine volunteered at Kula Sans Auxiallary where she was named Volunteer of the Year. She volunteered at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, and St. Joseph Curillo Group in Makauna. She has resided in Muskegon, Mich. since 2003.
Grandchildren are Amanda (Frank) DiGangi, Brian Gauld, William Heth and Joshua, Brittney and Jacob Heth and great grandchildren are Brayden and Mia DiGangi. She is survived by brother, Tom (Elsie) Frenzel, Stockton, Calif.; Rosella Habestroh, Rapid City, S.D.; Louie Dauenhauer, Billings, Mont.; Henry Dauenhauer, Saskatchewan, Canada and half-brother Ted Dauenhauer, New Rockford, N.D.
Preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, husband, brothers Louie Frenzel, Fred Frenzel and Eddie Frenzel, and sisters Barbara Strickland, Christine Smith, Pauline Ward, Magdalena Rash, Margaret Wolff, Bea Henley and eight stepbrothers. A memorial will be held in North Dakota late Spring.
