MUELLER, Sister Ellen MUELLER Sister Ellen (Eleanor) Mueller, a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, died January 6th at Mount Notre Dame Health Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sister Ellen was 85 years old and a Sister of Notre Dame for 67 years. She was a Sister of Notre Dame-Coesfield from 1941-1986 and a received an indult of transfer to SND de Namur in 1987. Both congregations have been blessed by her presence. Sister Ellen taught at Our Lady of Loretto School, St. Aloysius Orphanage in Cincinnati, St. William in Lancaster, KY, St. John in Newport, KY, She was a Principal at Mary Queen of the Rosary in Lexington, KY., and St. Aloysius Orphanage in Cincinnati, Ohio. She coordinated Adult Day programs at St. Theresa Home for the Elderly in Cincinnati and assisted activities director at Mount Notre Dame Health Center. Sister Ellen is survived by a sister, Teresa (Edward) Miller, Modesto, California and a brother, Jerome (Carol) Mueller, Westlake, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Mt. Notre Dame Health Center, 699 E. Columbia Ave., Reading, Ohio Saturday, Jan. 10th 12:30-2:45 PM, Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00 PM followed by interment.
