She was born August 6, 1918, in Bridgeport, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clyde J. and Bertha Matz Keys. She was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Norteman; her second husband, Charles Wagner; and a brother, William J. Keys. Dorothy is survived by her son, David H. Norteman and his wife, Georgeanne, of Harrisburg, a daughter, Dorothy E. Hall and her husband, Edward, of Bowie, Md.; a brother, Edward Keys of Sun City, Ariz.; her granddaughters, Christine Tewell of Mint Hill, N.C., Melissa Lane of Concord, N.C., and Jennifer Hall of Laurel, Md.; great-grandsons, Justin Norteman of Mint Hill, Tyler and Greyson Lane of Concord. Friends will be received Saturday, April 28, 2007, from 10 a.m. until time of services at Noon at the Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, with Pastor Deborah Gable officiating.
