Ober, 68, Spring Hill, died Feb. 7, 2005, at Cass County Medical Center in Harrisonville, Mo. She was born in Belmont County, Ohio, Aug. 28, 1936. She moved to Spring Hill from Louisburg five years ago. Before that she lived in Haltom, Texas. Mrs. Ober was a homemaker. She married Jesse David Ober Jan. 3, 1956, in Indiana, Pa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Burkhart and Beulah Phillips Burkhart, and one brother, Donald Burkhart. Survivors include her husband, Jesse, of the home; two sons, Robert Ober and Scott Ober, both of Spring Hill; two daughters, Kelly Ober of Paola and Jessica Ober of Spring Hill; a brother, Dale Burkhart of Fort Smith, Ark.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Memorial services were Saturday at Bruce Funeral Home in Gardner. Cremation. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Glenna Ober Memorial Fund.
