Daughter of Gillis G. and Erie Smith Gibson, was born December 2, 1921 at Inman, VA. Eunice attended Chanute High School. Eunice was united in marriage to Hugh F. Breiner on October 14, 1940 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Chanute. They were blessed with 5 children: Carol Ann, Tom Clyde, Jane Faye, Jimmy Jay, and Dale Hugh. Hugh preceded her in death in 1992. Eunice was a homemaker and enjoyed her home until the time of her death. She enjoyed practicing her faith, socializing at Chanute Senior Center, quilting, playing cards and working puzzles. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Carol Ann and son Dale, brothers: Elmer, Ed, Jerry and Gillis, sisters: Thelma Donaldson, Dodie Baker, Faye Melton, Annette McCoin and Jim Cole grandson-in-law.
