  [S927] Obituary. anice Lucille Brant 1942-2008 Posted: Friday, Feb 29th, 2008 BY: Janice Lucille Brant 1942-2008 Janice Lucille Brant, 65, of Eugene died Feb. 17, 2008 from cancer. She was born March 20, 1942 in Dupree, S. Dakota to Raymond and Loretta (Pooley) Kapp. She grew up and attended school in Cottage Grove. In her younger years, she lived in S. Dakota, Cottage Grove, Saginaw, Creswell, Eugene and Springfield . Janice and her partner owned and operated Custom Hood Cleaning and Fire Protection in Saginaw, Oregon. She loved gardening, her animals and fishing . Her grandchildren were a focal point. Janice is survived by two sons, Darren Hutzler of Salem, Steven Hutzler and wife, Kim Parmenter, of Eugene, daughter, Marci Ann Powers and husband, Rick, of Veneta, six sisters, one brother, 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren , and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister. A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
