Obituary:
Angie C. Singer, 87, of Cumberland R.D. 2, died at 1:15 p.m. Sunday at the home of
her friends, Charles and Mary Bailey.
She was born May 1, 1906, in Noble County, daughter of the late Edward and Rosa
Ruppel Craft. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. Mrs.
Singer was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Singer, in 1988, and one brother,
Raymond Craft. She leaves a niece, Mrs. Shirley Brown of Summerfield, and one nephew,
Jackie Robinson of Caldwell.
Friends were received from 6 to 9 p.m. at Tom Funeral Home. Scripture wake services
were at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael's Catholic
Church in Carlisle with the Rev. Fr. Dale Tornes as celebrant. Burial was in St. Michael's
Cemetery.
