Eiling Birth: Aug. 20, 1886 Death: Nov. 28, 1963 COURIER JOURNAL OBITUARY ? 11/30/1963 A retired 51-year employee of the Frey Planing Mill Company, Charles B. Eiling, died at 7 p.m. Thursday at his home, 1046 E. Kentucky. He was 77. He was a trustee of St. Therese Catholic Church and a member of the Holy Name Society and St. Joseph Orphans Society. He and his wife, the former Ida Silliman, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1959. Other survivors, besides his wife, are a son, John H. Eiling; a daughter, Mrs. Owen Higgins, Cincinnati; a step-sister, Miss Dorothy Rampp, and a grandchild. Funeral services will be held Monday at 9 a.m. at St. Therese Church, with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. The body will be at the Bosse Funeral Home, Barret and Ellison, after 2 p.m. Saturday.
