Stella Schockling Noll's obituary appeared on page 10 B of the Zanesville Times Recorder on 06 May 1964:
Mrs. Stella M. Noll, 68, died at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Richard Wymer of 3280 Nob Hill after an illness of four months. Mrs. Noll was born Jun 22, 1895, in Caldwell, a daughter of the late Sebastian and Caroline Schoeppner Schockling. She had spent most of her life in Zanesville. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and its Purgatorial Society.
In addition to Mrs. Wymer, she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. John Stubbs of 3750 Mill drive, with whom she made her home, and Mrs. J. C. Worstall of 1270 Richey Road; a brother, Andrew Schockling of Canton, four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Heppner; Mrs. Cecilia Crum, and Mrs. Mildred Archer, all of Caldwell; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Another sister, Mrs. Barbara McKee of Caldwell died two weeks ago. Mrs. Noll's husband, Albert, preceded her in death.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Nicholas Church. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Thursday at Bolin-Bryan's Forest Avenue Chapel where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Thursday.

NOLL PALLBEARERS
Pallbearers for Mrs. Stella Noll, 68, of 3750 Mill drive [Zanesville, OH] ill be Joseph Worstall, Richard Wymer, John Stubbs, James Noll and Edward Schockling.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. today in St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery with Bolin-Bryan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
