Obituary:
Mrs. Emma Noll, 76, of East Pike Route 4, died at 7:22 p.m. Monday [6 Nov 1972] at Good Samaritan Medical Center where she had been a patient one day. She was born Jan. 8,1896, in Caldwell, a daughter of August and Kathryn Miller Schockling. Mrs. Noll had lived in Zanesville 15 years. She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and the Rosary altar Society. Surviving are her husband, Martin C. Noll, whom she married in 1930; two sisters, Miss Mary Schockling and Mrs. Ida Gerst of Cambridge; three brothers, Br. Stephen of Belmont Abbey in North Carolina, Edward J. Schockling of 941 Silliman street and Leonard Schockling of Churchill, Pa.; several nieces and nephews. Two sisters and five brothers are deceased. Friends may call at the Hillis Funeral Home 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Services for Mrs. Emma Noll, 76, of East Pike Route 4, who died Monday, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Thomas Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Hillis Funeral Home where rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today.
