Her parents are Joannis BELZER and Maria Anna JOUIS. On her death certificate and on the birth certificate of her son Franz Peter SCHAUER, I got from Speyer Archiv, both written in German, her name is written Bölzer with an umlaut on the o. In your surname list you don't use umlaut. Usually, Boelzer seems correct but there is no one in your list, only Belzer. Familysearch wrote Belzer in the birth record.
