Subject: Betty L. Hite
Message: From the Huntington Herald Press Online, June 22, 1999 Betty L. Hite, 77, 720 George St., died at 8:15 p.m. Monday (June 21, 1999) at the Norwood Nursing Center. Mrs. Hite was a homemaker and a member of the SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She was born on May 19, 1922, in Huntington County to Curtiss L. and Cecilia Elizabeth Kiefer Holley. On Dec. 4, 1944, she married Paul R. Hite, who survives in Huntington. Other survivors include a son, Jim Hite, Huntington; a daughter, Mrs. Kevin E. (Judy) Brickley; three brothers, James Holley, Huntington, Mark Holley, and Richard Holley, Columbia City; one grandson; one stepgrandson; one great-grandson; and three stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mabel Holzinger and Imojean Holley, and one grandson. Calling will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before the 10 a.m. services on Thursday at the Hart Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
