Sheila was born Feb. 24, 1931, in Chester, W.Va., a daughter of the late Charles and Anna Pauline Zwick Bebout, and had resided in the area since 1971, coming from Austintown. She was a member of the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses. From July 1986 through February 2003 she had been employed as a care giver at Casa Corro in East Palestine, and prior to that she had worked as a finisher for Homer Laughlin China, Newell, W.Va. On May 4, 1953, she had married her husband, Roy F. Owens. Her family members are sons, Ron F. Owens at home, and his children, Chassidy, Vincent and Ryan Owens, Keith A. Owens and his wife, Nanette, of New Waterford and their children, Jordan and Megan Owens, Kevin L. Owens and his wife, Lauri, of Leetonia and their daughter, Ashlee Owens, Brad Owens and his wife, Trudy, and their sons, Justin and Cody Owens; a daughter, Karen S. Saturday at the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses with Joseph Gotto officiating. Expressions of sympathy are requested to be made to the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses. Arrangements were with the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine.
