PAINESVILLE, Ohio ? Deborah Obermann, 55, of Painesville died June 26, 2006, at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland. Born June 1, 1951, in Steubenville, she was a resident of Painesville since 1985. She is a graduate of Brilliant High School Class of 1969 and Kent State University.Deborah was a member of Painesville United Methodist Church; Ruth Circle of the church; Quota Club International; Ohio Education Association; and National Education Association. She also did volunteer work for the 49th Air Depot Group. Debbie was a home economics and life studies teacher at Riverside High School for the past 20 years. She was also a student council advisor and dance team advisor. Surviving are her sons, Michael (Janice) Carpenter of Dousman, Wis. and Dave (Tina) Carpenter of Painesville; parents, Robert and Marjorie (Moffatt) Obermann of Brilliant; brother, Larry P. (Betty) Obermann of Salt Lake City, Utah; grandchildren, Ryan, Lydia Jane Carpenter; and grandson Kyle Robert (due soon).
