  BIOGRAPHY: http://www.genealogy.com/users/c/h/r/David-Alan-Christianson/FILE/0004text.txt ERVIN AND ELLA MEIDINGER Ervin Meidinger, son of Mr. and Mrs. August Meidinger, Wishek, North Dakota and Ella Stabler, daughter of John and Christina (Holzwarth) Stabler of Eureka were married October 14, 1945 in Eureka. They lived in Eureka for several years before moving to Herreid, South Dakota where Ella is employed at the Campbell County Bank and Ervin is the Campbell County Sheriff. Ella's sisters and brothers are: Emil, Edward, Arthur, Herbert, Albert, Erwin, Erma and Erna. Ervin and Ella had three children: Vivian, deceased; Jim, employed at A.S.C.S. at Pierre, South Dakota and married to Lorrie Erickson. They have two children, Jeff and Kelly. Janet, married to Bob Hilderbrandt. They live in Vermillion, South Dakota where Janet is working for U. S. D. and Bob is History Professor at U. S. D.
