  [S927] Obituary. Gary E. Betts, age 63, of Woodsfield, Ohio died Saturday April 21, 2012 at his home. He was born July 30, 1948 a son of the late Elbert Wesley Betts and Zelda Weber Betts. Gary was a retired Highway Technician for the Ohio Department of Transportation, he served in the Vietnam War as a U.S. Marine Corporal from 1968 to 1969. He was also a member of the Woodsfield V.F.W. He is survived by his girlfriend; Michelle Biedenbach, two daughters; Angie (Doug) Czako of Columbus, Ohio, and Lorianne (Anthony) Smallwood of Londonderry, Ohio, two sons; Tyler Betts of Westerville, Ohio, and Travis (Stacie) Betts of Dublin, Ohio, four brothers; Darrel (Dianne) Betts of Newark, Ohio, Russell (Mary) Betts of Lewisville, Ohio, Delmas (Lucy) Betts of Lewisville, and Ronald Betts of Lewisville, six grandchildren; Katie, Annie, Courtney, Mercie-Mae, Gideon and Gavin. Friends received from 2 – 4 & 6 - 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday April 26, 2012 with Rev. Susan Lehosky officiating. Interment in the Buchanan Cemetery Lewisville, Ohio.
