Thomas “Toby” Hoover
age 68, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015. He was born in Canton, Ohio on Dec. 14, 1946 to the late Paul and Rita (Schaub) Hoover. He was an Army Veteran and a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.
Toby is survived by his sister, Judi (Jim) Russell; four brothers, Robert (Tamera) Hoover, Timothy (Michelle) Hoover, Gary (Beth) Hoover, Michael (Jan) Hoover and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Louis Catholic Church. On line condolences may be made at www.stierisraelfuneralhome.com.
