Mr. Wise was past Grand Knight of the St. Joseph Knights of Columbus, past president of the Randolph Fair Board, former member of the Randolph Fire Department, school bus driver for the Randolph and Waterloo school systems, secretary for Akron Milk Producers, former director of PCA, former director of Milk Incorporated, and was a very active life member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Preceded in death by brother, Paul J.; he is survived by wife of 40 years, Jean E.; son, Daniel W. of Randolph; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael C. and Denise R. of Albany, Ga., David M. and Debra L. of Ft.
