He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Riser Claus on July 30, 1994; two sisters, Clara Claus and Mary Bolon. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Gary Potts of Jerusalem; three grandsons, Duane Potts of Woodsfield, Ronald Potts and Darrin Potts, both of Jerusalem. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield where services will be held at 1 p.m. Feb. 25, with Rev. Donald Rock officiating.
