- UTTER-SATTERThe marriage of Miss Ruth L. SATTER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert SATTER of Orange Street, and Karl W. UTTER, of Averill Avenue, took place Wednesday at SS. Peter and Paul's Church. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Emil Gefell.The church was decorated with palms and spring flowers, the color scheme being pink and white. The mass was sung by the church choir.The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore white silk georgette trimmed with rhinestones. Her pattern veil was arranged with a coronet of orange blossoms. She carried Bride roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Hellen UTTER, sister of the bridegroom was bridesmaid, and wore salmon colored crepe de chine with a picture hat to match and carried pink rose buds. Morris SATTER, brother of the bride, was best man. The ushers were Herbert DIETRICK and Joseph KLIEBER.After the ceremony, a wedding breakfast was served to the immediate relatives at the home of the bride, followed by a reception.Prenuptial events were given by Misses Helen and Louis UTTER, Mrs. Frank DIERICK, Mrs. WALTER SATTER, Mrs. Morris SATTER, and Mrs. H.C. UTTER.After an extended Eastern trip, Mr. and Mrs. UTTER will live in the city.
