Author: Susan Muller I had a greatgrandfather named John Casper Rennert. My grandfather's name was Edward George Rennert. He was from Newark NJ and married to Alice Walsh. My father is Edward Lorne Rennert and as a child they moved to Brooklyn NY. That is where my family is from. We have a family bible that gives us the surname Moser from Blankenborn Germany. We are assuming a Moser married a Rennert when they came to the states. My sister & I are planning a trip to Blanenborn to obain any other family history. I have a John Casper Rennert (diedJanuary 12, 1926)he was the father of John Casper George Rennert born July 01, 1866,and died February 28, 1958. John Caspar George had 6 children one was my Father In Law, Wilfred....I know that my Father In Law was born in New York City,he went to Pace College in Brooklyn, Its sounds as if these people could be connected...Do you have any other info on Your John Casper...I would love to know, I do know that it was mentioned that the Family orignally came from Germany...If you want to email me directed, its Joanne6548@aol.com
