Jean E. Wildemuth Oct. 3, 2017 PROPHetstOWN, ill.?Jean e. Wildemuth, 90 of Proph- etstown, died tuesday Octo- ber 3, 2017, at Prophets River View Good samaritan Nursing Home. she was born on may 2, 1927, in anna, illinois, the daughter of William and sarah L. (machleith) anderson. she married dale e. Wildemuth on august 20, 1947, at st malachy Catholic Church in Geneseo. Jean was a member of st. Cath- erine of sienna Catholic Church in Prophetstown and a mem- ber of the Card Club. Jean was known for her baking talent for pies and her fried chicken. survivors include her husband, dale; daughter, Christine (Frederick) Palmer of downers Grove, illinois; son, derek (Cyn- dee) Wildemuth of Prophetstown; two grandchildren, matthew (alyson) Palmer and Jill (Kevin) Henthorn; two great-grand- children, James and sarah Henthorn. she was preceded in death by her sisters, Janet Wange- line and Joyce serckie; and her brother, Charles anderson. Visitation will be held on saturday October 7, 2017, from 9:30-11 a.m. at st. Catherine of sienna Catholic Church in Prophetstown. Celebration of the mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. in the church. Burial will conclude at Riv- erside Cemetery, Prophetstown. arrangements completed by mcdonald Funeral Home, Prophetstown. memorials in her memory to st. Catherine of sienna Cath- olic Church and Prophets Riverview Good samaritan Nurs- ing Home.
