Obituary from the Louisville Herald, page 5, 23 Aug 1945: MRS. LEONARD BISHOPMrs. Amelia Bishop, 61, wife of Leonard Bishop of RD 3, Louisville, died Tuesday night in Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Bishop was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, St. Ann?s Altar and Rosary Society, and Columbus Woman?s Club. Other survivors are two sons, Edward of Louisville and Clarence of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Dodge of Springfield, Pa., Mrs. Regina Dick and Eleanor Bishop of the home; two brothers, Isadore and Clemence G. Zwick of Louisville; one sister, Mrs. Edward Reischman of Lewisville, Monroe County, and four grand-children. Rev. Fr. Francis Palm will sing the requiem high mass Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Louis Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body was take to the home Wednesday from the Paquelet parlors.
