Mrs. Amelia Marie Perszyk, 54, 856 Fifth Street, died this morning in a local hospital. Funeral services are pending.
Born Feb. 2,1906 at Bezlofka Terspoleunyess, Russia, she came to the United States in June 1911. The family embarked from Bremen, Germany, on the SS Emperor Wilhelm II. they moved to the Havre area in 1918 from Collyer, Kan. She was married on Sept. 12,1932 at Cottonwood to Phil Perszyk.
Surviving her are her husband and five children. Mrs. Calvin (Julianne) Ruby, Mrs. Ralph (Alberta) Clair, Therese, Lawrence and Joseph Perszyk, all of Havre. She is also survived by her Havre, Anton Keller of Richmond, Calif., and Julius Keller of Settle, Wash.; six sisters Mrs. Frances Malsam of Havre. Mrs. Frank Bergmann of Settle, Wash., Mrs. Christine Jacoby of Settle, Mrs. James Anderson of Tacoma, Wash., Mrs. Bob Weiman of Milwaukee, Wis., and Sister Mary Sabine of Sierra Madre, Calif., and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Donna in 1939, a brother, Wendelen Keller, in 1926 and her father John Keller.
Mrs. Perszyk was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church, the Catholic Daughters of America and St. Magdalene's Band.
