Rev. Layton Parkhurst Zimmer, 79, of Kihei, passed away on May 4, 2011, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu on September 11, 1931.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Wailuku. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
Ballard Family Mortuary is assisting with the arrangements.
Rev. Zimmer was a retired Episcopal priest.
He is survived by his children, Layton Austin Zimmer, Sally Zimmer (Peter) Knight; grandsons, Miles and Tate Knight; and by the Clark and Allen families.
