  [S927] Obituary. July 18, 2006 Clark, Bruce - Bruce Paul Clark, Sr., 95, of Newark, died July 14, 2006. He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Adelaide Covell Clark. He is survived by his children: Bruce P. Clark of Fair Haven, David C. (Linda) of Bushnell's Basin, Mary (Richard) Adriaansen of Marion and seven grandchildren: Douglas, Paul and Carl Adriaansen; Gregory, Thomas, Kenneth and Michael Clark. Bruce was born September 29, 1910 in Newark, where he spent the majority of his 95 years. He was the son of Irving Andrew and Nellie Paul Clark. He graduated from Newark High School in 1928; he served in the U.S. Navy in 1944 and 1945. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 1972. He was a member of American Legion Post #286, and member of Masonic Lodge #36 in Newark for more than 60 years. He was a life member of Park Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will be held at Park Church on Saturday, July 22 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the East Palmyra Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Park Presbyterian Church, Maple Court, Newark, 14513; or Wayne County Nursing Home Memorial Fund, 7376 Rt. 31, Lyons 14489.
