The daughter of the late Lawrence and Bertha Skiles of Alliance, she was born in Leetonia, March 7, 1889. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church in Canton. Mrs. Bissler is survived by her husband, William L.; a son, William S. of Canton; a daughter, Mrs. David (Helen) Stokes of Canton and three grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. John Holland died in 1941.
