WATERLOO-ROSA S. RUPPERT, 87, died Monday, July 10, 2000, at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn.
She was a homemaker, a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church of rural Waterloo and an honorary member of the Rosary Society. She was born Sept. 2, 1912, in Smithfield Township, to Joseph and Catherine (Shoudel) Ruppert.
Surviving are two nieces, Marietta Barnett of Waterloo and Marilyn Freiburger of Kendallville; and two nephews, Gerard Ruppert of Hamilton and Alfred Ruppert of South Haven, Mich. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tillie Ruppert, and two brothers, Francis and Vincent Ruppert.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in St. Michael's Catholic Church, with Father David Carkenord officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery. Calling is Wednesday from noon-2 p.m. at the church. Memorials are to St. Michael's Catholic Church. Arrangements were made by Feller Funeral Home of Waterloo.
