Pauline Kasper July 30, 1921 - April 23, 2010 Pauline Kasper, 88, Monroe, IN, formerly of Huntington, died at 1:31 p.m. Friday April 23, 2010 at her home in Monroe, Indiana Pauline was born on July 30, 1921 to Marion and Veronica Scher Broom in Majenica, IN. Pauline married Richard L. Kasper on January 31, 1946 in Huntington, IN. Mr. Kasper preceded her in death on July 13, 1993. She worked in the envelope department at Our Sunday Visitor and was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Huntington. Mrs. Kasper is survived by a son, Mark Kasper and his wife, Linda, Highland Ranch, CO; three daughters: Cynthia Mitchell, Indianapolis, Rebecca Bowman and her husband Kevin, Monroe, IN and Catherine Kline and her husband Brent, Grapevine, TX; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Kasper was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and a sister. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750. Recitation of the Rosary will be a 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. A funeral mass for Pauline will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry St., Huntington with Fr. Ron Reider officiating. Burial will follow the service at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Huntington. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Service in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N.
